- Is it gonna fall down if I don’t use a garter?

Leg shape varies from person to person so we can’t guarantee they won’t slide. Some customers say they fit great, some say they slide. Thats why we recommend a sock glue or garter to be safe.


- How should I wash my plus size thigh highs?

Wash inside out to prevent damage. Wash on a cold water cycle. You can tumble dry (no heat) acrylics on the cool setting of your dryer.
We recommend cold water hand wash and hang dry for longer use. NO BLEACH. NO IRON.



- Can I make a custom sock?

We do custom phrase socks. We print them with sublimation or an HTV vinyl print technique.



- What sizes do your socks fit?

We have various sizes. You should check the individual listing's description.

- What are your socks made of?

We have various kinds of socks. High-quality cotton, wool, cashmere, bamboo, polyester, elastane, etc.


- Where are you located?

We are located in Los Angeles, CA

- Where are your socks made?

Most of them made in Turkey. Some customized socks are printed in the US, but still manufactured in Turkey.

- Do you sell wholesale?

- Can I pick up my order in Los Angeles?

We don't offer in-person pickup, but we do pop-ups periodically on weekends. You’re always welcome to visit us – follow our socials to find out where we are!
We also have products at Local Source Co. at Fashion Square Mall (Sherman Oaks location).

- Can you include a gift card message with the socks and gift box?

Absolutely, you can select the listing and additionally add a gift box and card order.

- How do you ship?

Orders usually ship in 2 Business Days.  Delivery time 2-7 days. Orders ship from Los Angeles.

- How do I cancel my order? 

We don't accept cancelation.

- What's you last order date for Christmas Delivery?

Typically December 13th, but every holiday is different so be sure to follow our store for updates.

- Can I pay extra for faster shipping?

Yes, you'll see your options during the check out process.

- Can I make a change to my order?

Unfortunately we are not able to make changes to orders after they have been placed.

- I recieved the wrong item, what do I do?

Shipping mistakes happen occasionally, usually due to software connection/integration errors, which we quickly work to resolve it. If you received the wrong item, please e-mail us with photos showing the error and we will ship the correct item ASAP.  You can reach us at support@sockmate.store
