♥ Orders usually ship in 2 Business Days. US delivery time 2-7 days. Orders ship from Los Angeles. We are unable to prevent or control delays with shipping carriers. Please note that We cannot guarantee shipping transit times. If your order is time sensitive. Refunds will not be made for late shipments due to carrier delays.

- Mistakes made by USPS
- Wrong addresses given by customers (If your package is returned to us, We will reship, but the additional shipping fees will apply)
- Damage to orders by postal service
- PO box issues
- Stolen/missing packages after delivery once they’re marked delivered by the carrier.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
♥ Sockmate uses USPS to ship your order through Small Packet International Air (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method). This can take anywhere between 10-30 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends) depending on your location.
♥ Most orders are delivered within the quoted delivery times, but it is very possible for there to be carrier delays due to the pandemic. Because of these delays, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Recipients of orders shipped outside of the United States will be responsible for any and all costs associated with import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by the destination country.
